By using Invietly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using Invietly

• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create an account.
• You are responsible for your account and for the content you add to your invitations.
• Do not use Invietly to send spam, to harass anyone, or to share content that is illegal, hateful or that you do not have the right to use.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text and photos you upload. You give us permission to store and display them so that your invitation works and your guests can see it. Our templates, artwork and software remain ours and may only be used within Invietly.

Guests' information

If you add guests' contact details, you confirm you have their permission or a reasonable basis to do so, and you will use their replies only to plan your event.

Paid plans

Some features may require payment. Prices are shown before you buy. Paid plans are not yet available; until they are, all features are provided free of charge.

Availability

We work to keep Invietly running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Please keep your own copy of important event details.

Liability

Invietly is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a guest missing a message or an event changing.

Ending your use

You can stop using Invietly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
