Invietly lets you create animated digital invitations, share them by link and collect replies. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address, or your basic Google profile if you sign in with Google.
- Event details you enter: names, dates, venue, schedule, story text and any photos you upload.
- Guest information: names, emails or phone numbers you add to your guest list, and the replies guests send (attendance, party size, meal choice, notes).
- Basic usage data: pages viewed and errors, used to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use it
- To create, save and show your invitations, and to deliver guests' replies to you.
- To let you sign in, reset your password and manage your events.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems and understand which features are used.
We do not sell your information or your guests' information, and we do not use guest details for marketing.
Who can see it
- Your invitation can be viewed by anyone who has its link. Do not put information on it that you would not want guests to share.
- Only you (the host) can see your guest list and replies.
- We use trusted service providers to run the site: Supabase (database, sign-in and photo storage), Vercel (website hosting) and, if enabled, analytics and error-monitoring tools. They process data only on our behalf.
Children
Invietly is for adults planning events. Birthday invitations may include a child's first name or photo entered by a parent or guardian; please only add what you are comfortable sharing with your guests.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your events and replies while your account is active. You can delete an event at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and all related data using the contact page.
Your choices
- Access, correct or delete your information by editing your events or contacting us.
- Guests can ask the host, or us, to remove their reply.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
